About

We had something wonderful, then. We had intimate, concrete knowledge of things beyond our reach. We saw them, touched them, tasted them, became them, as easily as switching your grip on a steering wheel. We carved out a place in this and all worlds, a place of safety and exploration beyond all measure. We have strayed so far since then.
