You as the player arrive at town and start fattening the male residents and (if player character is male (but its optional) yourself the females of the town return at Act 7 but leave permanently if the player is male or trans male while they stay if the player is female, trans female or non-binary (transgenders have yet to be added same with any female NPCs) More details at: https://forum.weightgaming.com/t/strange-man-feeder-title-is-a-template-since-i-just-came-up-with-it-and-i-am-open-for-option-on-it/17444 Mac OS X version might not work, I have no clue since I don't have a Mac so I can't test it.
