charming base defender made in 48 hours by Céline Veltman (art) & Ramon van Schaik (programming) during the 2023 Global Game Jam. Gameplay: - select your mother root to spawn new seeds and spores - at night you'll be attacked by horrid creatures, defend yourself! - select adorable spores to fight and build - you die when the mother root is destroyed - there is no end, definitely not because we ran out of time. Features: - sick day and night cycle - hand drawn artstyle - hand programmed code - animations made with love - tower defense gameplay we want to give a shout-out to chromatic aberration.
